Don't bother petitioning, I've petitioned people like this before, the GM just says: "It's lame I know, but they aren't reading the warning popup, nothing I can do about it." No option to place color in sig? Makes me a sad veldspar miner.

This setup is 100% fine. I've used this exact setup for a few weeks. In 0.0 versus guristas. You should be able to run the MARII and AB indefinently and MARII + guns indefinently or you need to up your cap skills.

Ok, I say leave NOS as it is. INSTEAD, increase the useability of cap batteries, make it so they CANNOT be drained, effectively being a second capaciter storage that cannot be touched by NOS/neut. My 2 isk.
